  • Tuesday, 22nd April
we finally made announcement about baby's arrival via email and Twitter, and even watched comedy on BBC iPlayer. Almost back to normal.
  • Monday, 21st April
in the early hours of dawn, we had a panic moment when we realised we had the wrong feeding stuff for the crying baby. Thankfully somehow it all worked out well in the end, grandparents to the rescue.
  • Sunday, 20th April
I tried my best to be good, and they finally let me go after 5 days in hospital! It felt most surreal, returning home with a new baby.
  • Saturday, 19th April
I was almost discharged, and then they decided to keep me for yet another day in the hospital. I went hysterical, and they then allowed Peter to stay with me for the night.
  • Friday, 18th April
I broke down in tears after finding out I had to stay yet another night in the hospital.
