Avatar 3D

The film was quite visually stunning and entertaining to watch. I love the way the 'natives' move so gracefully. And the world is quite nicely created, though it does seem to suggest bad science every now and then, even for a science fiction film.

However the whole show is really fomulaic, and felt strangely familiar. And afterwards I saw this article, and I realised they were right, Avatar is Pocohontas in space! Oh well, I guess it's expected of James Cameron to be formulaic in such a Hollywood blockbuster way. It is a Hollywood blockbuster... what was I thinking?

I watched this in 3D, I do love movies in 3D. However this movie being such a long movie, it gave me a migraine!
